The term icebreaker originates from the special ships called 'icebreakers' that are designed to break up the ice in the arctic regions & just as these ships make it easier for other ships to travel, our icebreakers help clear the way for learning to occur, making the learners more comfortable & susceptible to new thoughts & ideas.
The main goal of icebreakers is to create a more relaxed atmosphere, introduce & create improved relationships & energise in preparation for the main event. Thereby making the class more confident with communication within the group & more likely to listen & react positively to others.
Our icebreakers not only help build a sense of team spirit, they can also be highly entertaining & motivational.
